Subzero Technologies’ Polar Pro™ liner is the most advanced and highest quality insulated van liner available anywhere. Polar Pro™ insulated van liners are made with Subzero Technologies patent-pending HDPP technology to achieve maximum performance by every standard.

The Polar Pro™ insulated van liner is made from a heavy-duty thermoplastic material that is welded at the seams. This highly advanced technology provides a completely seamless, extremely durable, water- and chemical-resistant insulated cargo area that is tough enough to withstand pallet use and can be power-washed for cleanliness and food safety.

The finished product has faster pull-down rates and colder temperatures than any other insulated van kit or liner. Subzero Technologies’ vans can hold temperatures as low as -20 F and helps reefers pull down temperatures up to 60% faster than other solutions.
